Fields – Manage Portal Users

This field is used to give users access to a concept through a portal, you can also enable/disable users, and give/remove users admin access by right clicking on a user and selecting an option.

This field will generate a portal URL and a join key for a user to successfully join the portal.

Below is an example of the field definition for Manage Portal Users.

There are only two fields specific to Manage Portal Users that are needed. Portal Invite User is used to specify what portal the field will be generating an invite for. Portal Admin Role is used to specify what the admin role is for this portal so it can be given/removed from users.
