Get Started: Systems Administration App

Overview

The Systems Administration App provides a central location for user administration, creating and configuring invitation links for users to join a workspace, and to modify configuration options of the workspace that you are logged into.

Orientation

Systems Administration includes three separate apps:

  1. Invite Users
  2. Users
  3. Workspace

Invite Users

The Invite Users application allows the user to create a selection of different types of invitation templates that will give users access to different roles and applications within the workspace.

To learn more about inviting users, see How To Invite Users to a Workspace.

Users

The Users application allows the administrator to control what an active user will be able to do. It can be used to activate new users, add new applications, roles, or groups to control what the user can see, or revoke access to any applications, roles, or groups.

To learn more about managing users, see Manage Users.

Workspace

The Workspace app allows you to setup configuration options for the workspace, including:

  • Workspace license
  • Configuration parameters
  • Services (for example, a Microsoft Windows Service)
  • Command queues or message queues
  • Document templates
  • Storage (for example, local storage, MS Azure BLOB storage, Amazon S3 BLOB storage, Google Cloud BLOB storage, MS SharePoint, etc.)
  • Themes
