0420 – Workflow Components

This session outlines how to add workflow into a software application built using Data Agnostic Record Storage and Dynamic Page Generation.

The basic idea is to build small (nano) services that can be invoked through a common interface from the user experience. These workflow services would then operate directly on the Data Agnostic Record Storage and report status back to the user experience.

Building nano-services in this manner has many DevOps advantages and significantly improves the sustainability of the overall Enterprise Architecture.
