Bookmarks

Bookmarks are used to easily navigate to frequently visited pages and are located in the command bar next to the form name.

Where to find your Bookmarks:

At the top left of your screen beside your menu options you’ll find your bookmark icon you can interact with. Simply hover over the icon to see your options and previously saved bookmarks and categories

Bookmark Functionality and uses:

Bookmark Current Page and Delete All

Below you can see the multiple bookmark options when the drop-down menu is exposed. On the left you can see there is no Bookmark Current Page Option. This option is not available if you’re on a page that’s already bookmarked, on an application, or on a non-concept related page. At the bottom you will also always have the ability to delete all bookmarks that will delete all previously saved bookmarks and categories.

Editing and Deleting:

For each saved Bookmark, you’re given an edit (pencil icon) and a delete (trashcan icon) option. When selecting the edit icon, a popup window will appear with options to personalize, categorize or delete the selected bookmark. Regardless of what you name the bookmark, it will always bring you back to the original bookmarked page. Names are also dynamic, so if the page name changes, so does the bookmark name!

You also have the ability to add the current bookmark to a previously created category, create a new category with the bookmarked saved within, or remove the category name to remove the bookmark and place it back in the regular drop-down bookmark options. Lets move our Test bookmark to Test category by selecting our test category from the drop-down options and press “Update the Bookmark now” :

Each Category will hold as little as 1 bookmark, to as many as you’d like to create and add.

Both within the edit button and the trashcan icon beside each bookmark is the option to delete. Simply select the trash icon or the “Delete This Bookmark Instead” option to be prompted to remove the selected bookmark. If a category only holds a single bookmark and its deleted, the category disappears as well:

Categories:

Categories allow for easy page groupings and quick access to any number of pages you deem useful or otherwise cumbersome to navigate to manually. Categories can have any name you’d like and can hold as many bookmarks as you can create. You can also create as many unique categories as needed to truly refine how your bookmarks are grouped.

Beside each Category name, you’ll also find an edit category (pencil icon) option that allows you to customize the name of the chosen category, remove all the bookmarks within it to the normal bookmark drop-down list or delete all the bookmarks within the category.
