Purpose 

This application helps you to manage properties you own, residential units in those properties, and tenants who rent those units.

Benefits 

  • Certify your tenants – Record the photo ID and credit check results, check their employment and address history, and speak to their references before deciding if they are approved to sign a lease. 
  • Maintain your units – Track any tenant complaints, and record maintenance and inspections performed on each unit. 
  • Keep contacts close to hand – Record any contacts frequently called to a property on that property’s page, including the local plumber, furnace maintenance company, and electrician, to keep those numbers close to hand if there is a problem.
