Purpose 

This application allows you to manage your assets, payrolls, and expenses. It also connects to the Accounting, Insurance, and Timesheets applications, for a more complete review of your organization’s finances.

Benefits 

  • Consolidated financial platform – Tackle your whole finances in one place, including assets, expenses, insurance, payslips, timesheets, and your accounting journals. This makes it easy to link transactions and monitor your cash flow. 
  • Manage payroll deductions – Keep track of deductions from all payslips, such as income taxes, and ones from individual workers, such as uniform deductions or remittances. 
  • Monitor asset depreciation – Knowing how your assets depreciate helps you to make the appropriate changes to your accounting journals, and lets you plan to purchase a replacement or an upgrade when the asset is no longer useable.
