Benefits

  • Keep product families together – Store information about similar products in the same product catalog, so you can check a suitable replacement is available before retiring an old product.
  • Complete product details – Detail your product’s lifecycle, from the concept stage, through development and testing, to production, and retirement/discontinuation.
  • Work with your sales team – Store any marketing collateral created for the product, and the product features, all in one place. Record which products to try cross selling or up selling from the selected product, and the cost to source the product, to make it easier to calculate how much money will be made on a sale.

Features

  • Track your products throughout their lifecycles
  • Monitor any quality standards the product must comply with
  • Link any marketing collateral, campaigns, and trends related to the product
  • Monitor potential competitors or replacements for the product
  • List any feedback received on the product’s operation
